I discuss how your CLC fits into the project, how to develop data that speaks to the business goals and the Information Development role in making a product project successful. There is a focus on estimating, benchmarking, and communication, business touchpoints and discipline that provide Return on Invest (ROI).

Mergers and Acquisitions Team
Six-month project with a M&A team of eleven to develop twelve priority playbooks and make an implicit acquisition process explicit. Focused on efforts from due diligence to product and technology integration. The goals: ease the acquisition journey with transparent, standardized, scalable and repeatable best practices and communicate the standard tools and processes required for successful acquisition onboarding. Required content inventory and audit, identifying cross-team roles and dependencies, definition of done, Jobs To Be Done, and acquisition journey mapping. Developed and deployed all content to new, internal Confluence site.
Agile Coaching for Mergers and Acquisitions
Collaborated with Agile Coaches to develop and deploy to a new Confluence site with role-based content focused on easing the acquisition transition to Salesforce Agile practices. This included Jobs To Be Done with an emphasis on managing change and guiding the technical team transition to a new method and culture.
Entitlements
Developed new technical content for a product initiative to enable usage-based entitlements. This three-month project technical focus included: infrastructure requirements, business system interface enhancements, system architecture, and process workflows. Created and deployed content on a role-based Confluence site for developers and stakeholders.
